6) “No Ads” feature & payments

We may offer an optional “No Ads” feature (also called “ad removal” or similar):

  • Scope. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, the No Ads feature is linked to your account. You must be signed in for it to apply. If you play while signed out, or if cookies/local storage are cleared or blocked, the No Ads feature may not apply on that device until you sign in again.
  • Technical limitations. We will use reasonable efforts to suppress ads, but we do not guarantee 100% removal in all cases (e.g., network errors, cached content, third‑party embeds not controlled by us, or new ad placements introduced after your purchase).

8) Intellectual property & license to you

  • Our IP. The Service (including games, software, code, graphics, text, UI, and trademarks) is owned by Solitaren and/or our licensors and is protected by law.
  • Your limited license. We grant you a personal, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
  • Feedback. If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free license to use and incorporate it without restriction.

9) Third‑party links & ads (disclaimer)

The Service may display ads or link to third‑party websites, content, or services we do not control. We are not responsible for (and do not endorse) third‑party content, products, policies, or practices. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them. Review their terms and privacy policies.

10) Availability & changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including game modes, leaderboards, accounts, ads, or the No Ads feature.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access (including your account) immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security or legal risk, or to comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account if that option is available. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

12) Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, or that defects will be corrected.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non‑waivable statutory rights you may have (e.g., consumer protection rights).

13) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solitaren OOD and its directors, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or revenue, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amounts you paid to us (if any) for the No Ads feature in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in those cases, the above will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solitaren OOD from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

15) Governing law & disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim (contractual or non‑contractual) arising out of or in connection with them or the Service are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles.

Unless a different forum is required by consumer‑protection laws in your country, the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria will have non‑exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may have the right to bring claims in your local courts.

16) Export & sanctions

You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or entity subject to embargoes or sanctions that would prohibit your use of the Service. You agree to comply with applicable export and sanctions laws.

17) Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
  • Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our rights.
  • Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Language. We may provide translations; the English version controls if there is a conflict.
  • Headings. Headings are for convenience only.
